Ceremonial handover attended by Ladislav Bednář, owner of BEDNAR, and Jiří Pevný, Chairman of the Board of AGROSERVIS
AGROSERVIS Višňové groups agricultural entities, which in total cultivate an area of 22,000 hectares. These agricultural enterprises farm land in the area of South Moravia, especially in Znojmo and the Brno-Country Districts. This is a warm and dry maize area. The main plants grown include grain maize, wheat, peas, poppies, winter rape, winter barley, as well as soybeans and spelt.
MUTUAL COOPERATION FROM THE BEGINNING
“We have been working with BEDNAR FMT since its beginnings in 1997. The first machines we started using were the PRECISER disc cultivators, known at that time under the original name of the company – STROM Export. We still use these disc cultivators today. At this time, we operate 16 BEDNAR machines, and 3 new ones will be put to work this year. BEDNAR FMT is our long-standing partner from whom we expect professionalism and high-quality after-sales services. We have purchased the new machines mainly to optimise soil tillage and, partially, to replace the obsolete disc cultivators,” said Vladimír Vančura, the company’s Chief Agronomist, to describe the cooperation between the companies.

THREE BEDNAR MACHINES WILL BOOST TILLAGE IN 2024
Three BEDNAR disk cultivators will be purchased within the acquisition of new machines. The SWIFTERDISC XE 14400 MEGA is unique for its working width of 14.4 metres and it is the second such machine to be operated by the company – the first one was purchased last year. Another one is the SWIFTERDISC XE 10400 PROFI. This is also the second unit in the company, which differs in the way of its operation. The newly acquired machine offers TOP control by BEDNAR. This is the BEDNAR EASY CONTROL system (electro-hydraulic machine adjustment). The disc cultivator is equipped with two control units which are connected to the control terminal via an ISO-BUS cable. It is a combination of hydraulic control of the working parts of the machine using the LOAD SENSING hydraulic system of the tractor and electronic control of the hydraulic circuits. The control allows for continuous change of the working depth, as well as the control of individual machine parts and the folding and unfolding system, from the comfort of the tractor cab.
The third cultivator is from the ATLAS family, the model ATLAS AE 12400 PROFI with a working width of 12.4 m.Unlike the previous two, this machine is fitted with discs of a larger diameter of 620 mm and the discs are secured by coil springs. The ATLAS AE_PROFI is also provided with fully electro-hydraulic machine control. This machine is primarily used for processing large quantities of crop residues.
DELIVERY OF NEW MACHINES AS AN ENDORSEMENT OF QUALITY
“This delivery proves that our disc cultivators have been a success in the company and have replaced machines from reputable foreign manufacturers. This is mainly because they do a great job and their operation involves no complications, which, in this case, was the decisive factor compared to the offers from other manufacturers, which underwent stringent evaluation in Višňová. The cooperation with this progressive company keeps moving us ahead,” said David Ryčl, Marketing Director of BEDNAR FMT.
